Divine Teachings of Lord Krishna (श्रीकृष्ण उपदेश)
Delivered on the battlefield of Kurukshetra to the warrior prince Arjuna, the Bhagavad Gita's 700 verses across 18 chapters illuminate four eternal paths to liberation and peace:
- Karma Yoga (The Yoga of Selfless Action): Dedicated action performed without mental anxiety or selfish attachment to the outcome.
- Jnana Yoga (The Yoga of Spiritual Wisdom): Understanding the immortal, imperishable soul (Atman) distinct from the temporary physical body.
- Dhyana Yoga (The Yoga of Mind Mastery and Meditation): Disciplining the restless mind and senses through regular practice (Abhyasa) and detachment (Vairagya).
- Bhakti Yoga (The Yoga of Pure Loving Devotion): Surrendering all burdens, ego, and fears to the Supreme Divinity.
